This week was a busy one for the little girls! Both Brynlee and Emee started a new dance class. And they both LOVED them so much!
Emee also had her first day of preschool- she is taking a little class called Ready Readers to help her learn to read a little before she officially enters the homeschool realm next year.
Here she is on her first day! She loved every minute of it!
Teeny Tiny Ballerina's are the the cutest thing in the world!
This girl's personality is so fun! This was her reaction to going to get ice cream with the big kids for Jase's VERY late birthday celebration
Subzero ice cream is an experience! You get cream, pick your fillings and then they use liquid nitrogen to freeze the creamy in front of you.
We had Logan and Kinslee for the night for a fun sleepover.
Now for a little Texas weather.
Friday was a warmer 69 degree day- we went on long walks, rode our bikes, scooters, and one-wheels and basked in the sun. Friday evening a severe thunderstorm rolled in and we were under tornado and flash flood warnings and had crazy storms all through the night. Then Saturday morning we woke up to 25 degree weather and SNOW!!! HAHA This is Texas winter for ya. The weirdest bi-polar weather...on and today- Sunday is has been back up to 60 degrees!
The kids were so surprised and excited- we had snowball fights and built a snowman with our next door neighbor and then had some yummy hot cocoa to warm us up. So fun to play in the snow and have it gone by 3 pm!
Today, we had a pretty great opportunity!
We got to attend a stake conference where Elder Dale G. Renlund and his wife spoke and then we got to meet him for a minute afterward! What a great experience for the kids!
Yep, this last week was a good one!
